- install the xampp
- open the control panel of xampp and start the apache and phpmyadmin
- open your web browse then go to the http://localhsot/ link then slect the language
- click on security and then click the link you may see down there...(at the center of the screen maybe)
- set your password then open the http://localhost/phpmyadmin
- go back to xampp click explore
- find the htdocs
- delete all file in htdocs
- extract the cms and r63 in there
